Prof Bogoro has really transformed TETFund. Under his leadership we have seen intellectual stimulation and drive in R & D. We have equally seen project effectiveness as related to transnational leadership displayed across Institutions in the Country. I wish him more grace going forward with more feats and phenomenal achievements. Engr Suleiman I.A (Lecturer @ Auchi Polytechnic)

I appreciate the transformation of TETfund under the able leadership of Professor Bogoro. Yesterday, my attention was drawn to the news that TETfund has offered 12 billion naira to 12 Nigerian universities as research grant. This is a good and welcome development. However, I discovered that only 1 university from the North-central region was selected for this, University of Jos even though it is clearly stated that 2 universities were selected from each of the 6 geopolitical zones of the country. We must not forget that Abuja is not classified under any of the geopolitical zones, including North- Central. We should also note that each of the geopolitical zones consist of 6 states, except South-East which has only 5 states. Also, Nigeria has 36 states and Abuja, the federal capital territory. I therefore appeal to TETfund under the leadership of Professor Bogoro to reconsider including one university from the North-Central, preferably Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State or, Federal University of Technology, Minna.
Thank you very much.
